Compliance risk assessment
We check you the way a bank’s compliance team, an immigration authority or a counterparty’s lawyer will: search, AI answers, adverse media, sanctions lists and databases. We identify what may raise questions and prepare the answers in advance.
IMG 0121:9Why it matters now
IMG 024:3Banks and immigration programmes do not explain refusals. The reason is usually something found during the check: an article with negative context, a name match on a sanctions list, a database entry, or simply an empty profile that does nothing to support the source of funds.
We run the same check earlier, on your side. You learn which questions will come up and arrive at the review with answers and documents ready.

When you need it
If you recognise your situation, the check is either under way or about to start.
Opening an account abroad
UAE, Switzerland, Cyprus, Georgia, the EU: KYC and source-of-funds checks.
Residency and citizenship by investment
Programme due diligence, where reputational background is checked separately.
A transaction or investor entry
The counterparty checks the owner and management.
The bank has questions
A request for explanations, frozen transactions or a refusal without reasons.
An appointment
A board or regulator vetting a candidate.

Can’t find yours? Ask it in your request and we will answer personally.

How is this different from a lawyer’s review?
A lawyer looks at documents and structure. We look at your digital footprint: what a reviewer will find in search, media, databases and AI answers. The two reviews complement each other.
Do you check sanctions lists officially?
We run a preliminary check against public lists and commercial databases available for this kind of work. It does not replace a bank’s official screening, but it shows what that screening is likely to find.
What if a risk is found?
We prepare a way to address it: an explanation, documents, work on search results or the database. Sometimes a well-prepared dossier is enough.
