Building a personal digital profile
We shape what a bank, a partner, an investor or an AI model finds about you: the first page of Yandex and Google for your name, English-language search results, and the sources AI assistants rely on.
IMG 0121:9Why it matters now
IMG 024:3People with a business reputation are read about before they are met. A bank’s compliance team, an investor’s lawyer, a board and a journalist all start the same way: they search your name and ask an AI model.
If the first page is empty, shows a namesake or an old dispute, the decision is made without you. A digital profile is a managed set of sources that confirms your standing, expertise and background rather than contradicting them.
We do not “clean the internet”. We create and secure truthful sources so that they rank at the top and feed into AI answers.

When you need it
If you recognise your situation, the check is either under way or about to start.
Nothing to find
Three mentions in five years and a handful of namesakes. To a bank or a partner, that is as much a signal as negative content.
New market or jurisdiction
Relocation, residency, a company abroad: the checks will be in English, and there are no English-language sources.
Negotiations and transactions
The investor and their lawyers will run due diligence. Better that the search results confirm what you say in the meeting.
Public role
A board appointment, media exposure, speaking engagements. Your profile should match the new role before it is announced.
Outdated background
An old job title, old figures and inaccurate interviews are still online. They get quoted because there is nothing else.
AI answers
ChatGPT and Alice (Yandex) are vague about you or confuse you with a namesake: they have nothing to rely on.

How is a digital profile different from reputation management?
Reputation management usually starts with negative content and the response to it. A digital profile is constructive work: we build what should be found about you, even when there is nothing negative. In practice the two are often combined in one project.
How long until I see results?
The first changes in search results appear within 4–8 weeks. A stable first page takes 3–6 months, depending on competition for your name and the number of namesakes.
Do I need to give interviews or speak in public?
No. A profile can be built on reference sources, a biography and expert materials without any public exposure. We agree the format together, based on your goals.
Can the profile be in English only?
Yes. For work involving foreign banks, partners and residency programmes, we often start with English-language search results.
What if I have a namesake with negative coverage?
This is common. We separate the two people: sources about you carry distinctive markers (title, company, photo, dates) so that search engines and AI models stop mixing the data.
How do you measure results?
Against checkpoints set out in the contract: how many first-page results for key queries work in your favour, what AI models say, how your English-language results look. You receive a monthly report.
