Reputation in AI answers
We check what ChatGPT, Alice (Yandex), Perplexity and Gemini say about you, identify the sources they rely on and change those sources. The model then rebuilds its answer on its own.
IMG 0121:9Why it matters now
IMG 024:3More and more checks begin not with a search but with a question to an AI model: “who is this”, “is it safe to do business with them”, “what is known about the company”. The answer is one paragraph, and that paragraph is what people remember.
AI models do not invent a reputation; they assemble it from available sources. When sources are scarce, the model uses whatever it finds — a forum, an aggregator, someone else’s news — and presents it with confidence.
We do not “tune ChatGPT”. We work with what it relies on: official pages, directories, media and structured data.

When you need it
If you recognise your situation, the check is either under way or about to start.
The model mentions negative content
An old dispute or an unverified article comes first in the answer.
It confuses you with a namesake
The model attributes someone else’s biography, job or case to you.
It says “no information”
To a partner, that reads as having no track record.
Outdated information
A former company, an old title, closed projects.
Before a transaction or launch
Investor analysts and journalists already use AI assistants for initial checks.

The final scope is fixed in the contract after the audit. This is what a project usually covers.

- Citation mapWhich statement in each answer comes from which source.
- Anchor sourcesAn official biography, reference profiles, expert materials.
- Structured dataMarkup for the person and the company that search engines and models can read.
- Identity separationDistinctive markers that let the model tell you apart from namesakes.
- Monthly snapshotA repeat check of the answers and progress on each question.

Models rely on search results: a strong search profile changes the AI answer as well.

Answer snapshot
We put 40+ questions to four models and record the answers.
3–5 daysSource map
We link every statement to its source.
1 weekSource work
We create and strengthen truthful sources and correct inaccurate ones.
1–4 monthsMonitoring
We repeat the snapshot monthly and show what has changed.

- Your current role is the first fact in the answer
- Every statement rests on a verifiable source

IMG 0116:10ChatGPT confuses the client with a namesake
AI models attributed someone else’s criminal case to the client. The namesake dominated Google, and there were no English-language sources about the client.
IMG 0116:10How AI models build an answer about a person, and why they get it wrong
ChatGPT, Alice (Yandex) and Perplexity don’t know you personally. They assemble an answer from whatever sources are available. Here is where the errors come from and what to do about them.

Can’t find yours? Ask it in your request and we will answer personally.

Can you change ChatGPT’s answer directly?
No, and promises to “negotiate with the model” are not serious. What can be changed are the sources the model relies on. When they change, the answer changes too.
How quickly do AI models pick up changes?
Models with search (Perplexity, ChatGPT with search, Alice) within weeks. Answers from a model’s built-in knowledge change more slowly, with model updates. That is why work on search sources matters.
Which models do you check?
By default ChatGPT, Alice (Yandex), Perplexity and Gemini. The list can be extended for your market.
Is this included in other services?
An AI answer snapshot is part of the Express audit. Systematic work on AI answers is a separate service or part of a digital profile project.
What if the model is accurate but unflattering?
Then we work on context: we add sources with your position and the outcome of the story, so the answer becomes complete.
